Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automation Control Engineer to join our team. This role requires a strong background in control engineering, programming, and a keen understanding of automation technologies, including knowledge on PLC, SCADA, HMI, Servo and Drives.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate inquiries, prepare presentation & techno commercial offers, and maintain records.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and adapt to technical knowledge
- Plan and achieve agreed upon orders and sales targets.
- Provide Sales and application support to customer to drive growth and market penetration.
- Submit periodic reports and feedback on competitor activities, market intelligence, and product performance.
- Deliver technical presentations and demonstration effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field) or relevant discipline. MBA in sales/ Marketing is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in technical sales, specifically in SPM manufacturing, Robotics and automation.
- Strong technical knowledge of SPMs, Robotics and automation solutions. Ability to understand and explain complex technical products.
- Excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Experience in understanding and interpreting customer requirements.
- Ability to analyze and gather market intelligence, competitor activities, and product performance.
- Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and market trends. Willingness to travel if needed.

- Preparing concept 3D model/ drawings
- Preparing final 3D model/assembly/part drawings
Preferred Candidate profile
- Software Proficiency : Proficient in solid works or an CAD software for 3D modelling and detailed design documentation.
- Problem-solving Abilities:- Ability to identify and solve complex engineer problem, think critically and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal skill to collaborate effectively with team members, clients and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design documentation and implementation.
- Efficient in time management
- Prior knowledge on SPM projects, Handling automation, robotics, or custom machinery design will be a significant advantage.
